McLaren Automotive has announced the appointment of Matthew Boguradzki as Regional Director for Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA).
Bringing a wealth of international sales expertise to the role, Matthew’s career includes serving as Head of Sales for the Americas at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, along with several senior leadership positions at BMW. His extensive background in luxury automotive sales will be instrumental as McLaren seeks to accelerate demand for its iconic brand and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
Matthew’s appointment follows the decision of Brett Soso to step down after six years of successfully overseeing McLaren’s business operations in the EMEIA region. Brett will remain with the company until the end of the year to ensure a seamless transition of leadership.
Reflecting on his new role, Matthew said, “I am thrilled to join McLaren Automotive at such an exciting juncture in the brand’s growth and expansion. McLaren is one of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, and I look forward to leading and further developing our operations across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. I’m eager to contribute to the continued success of the company during this dynamic phase
