Ford Middle East recently hosted an exciting two-day event in Dubai first day at Studio City, called Beyond the Blue Oval, which was far from your typical car launch. Ravi Ravichandran, President of Ford Middle East, addressed attendees by sharing exciting news: Ford has experienced a 100% growth in sales in 2024 compared to 2022. This milestone reflects the brand’s strong momentum and deepened market presence, particularly in key Middle Eastern markets like the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. Ravichandran also highlighted that Ford is now the fastest-growing automotive brand in Saudi Arabia, with its local distributors—Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies and Mohammed Yousef Naghi Motors—accounting for 57% of Ford’s regional business during the first half of 2024.
Ford’s impressive sales growth can be attributed to the increasing demand for its broad and diverse portfolio, which continues to meet the needs of a wide range of customers across the region. As Ravichandran stated, “The strong performance by all our distributors has contributed to Ford achieving record sales in this important region.”

Ford’s lineup includes several exciting new vehicles and services. For instance, the 2025 Mustang Mach-E, Ford’s first fully electric vehicle in the Middle East, is set to arrive in 2024. This performance-oriented electric SUV, boasting a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of just 3.3 seconds, promises a range of 350-450 km, depending on the battery variant. Kay Hart, President of Ford’s International Markets Group, described the Mustang Mach-E as “one of the most exciting vehicles Ford has ever produced.” It will join the already popular F-150, Taurus, and Territory hybrids, enhancing Ford’s commitment to an electrified future.

The 2025 Ford Territory Hybrid, Ford’s best-selling nameplate in the region, will offer an electrified version next year. This hybrid model combines the spaciousness and practicality of the SUV with the efficiency of a hybrid powertrain, providing a seamless driving experience that blends electric power with the traditional combustion engine.
Another highlight is the 2025 Ford Expedition Tremor, a rugged, off-road-focused variant of Ford’s full-size Expedition SUV. With enhanced horsepower, torque, and intelligent 4WD with Terrain Management System, the Expedition Tremor is built to tackle the toughest terrains, from the deserts of the GCC to the most challenging trails.
Ford also continues to innovate in customer service, with the upcoming launch of Ford Connected Services and the FordPass app in the UAE in 2024, followed by Saudi Arabia. The FordPass app will allow customers to interact with their vehicles remotely, offering features like remote start, climate control, and more, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
