Goodyear Unveils Advanced TPMS Technology to Boost Fleet Management in Saudi Arabia

The new solution promises to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance safety for commercial fleets by offering real-time tire health insights.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 3 February – Goodyear has introduced its innovative Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) in Saudi Arabia, a groundbreaking technology designed to revolutionize fleet management. By combining digital technology with Goodyear’s tire expertise, the TPMS solution aims to provide logistics and mass transport providers in one of the world’s most demanding environments with enhanced fleet management capabilities.

Tailored to meet the demands of fleets operating in Saudi Arabia’s harsh weather conditions, Goodyear TPMS allows for proactive tire monitoring and maintenance. This helps fleet operators address potential issues before they cause damage or downtime, boosting safety, efficiency, and sustainability. The launch of this system is set to strengthen Goodyear’s value proposition and accelerate growth for fleets in the region.

Goodyear TPMS offers real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, identifying issues such as under-inflation, air leaks, and mechanical faults. The system uses a cloud-based platform to deliver predictive insights into tire health through user-friendly mobile and web applications. This allows fleet managers to minimize downtime and maximize fleet performance. By maintaining optimal tire conditions, TPMS enhances fuel efficiency, reduces CO2 emissions, and lowers operating costs, while also improving safety and compliance by detecting potential problems early.

Saban Gungor, General Manager of Goodyear Middle East & Africa, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating, “We believe Goodyear TPMS will be a game-changer for fleet operations in Saudi Arabia. This cutting-edge technology demonstrates our commitment to providing solutions that enhance performance, prioritize safety, and support sustainability. We’re excited to offer local fleets the ability to improve their day-to-day operations while ensuring the safety of their drivers and assets.”

In addition to TPMS, Goodyear’s CheckPoint solution further strengthens the company’s role as a preferred mobility partner for fleets across Saudi Arabia.
